The PerioFlex is a great, hand-held, deep pocket irrigator with several unique features that irrigating easier for patients. It has a large 2 oz. reservoir so patients don't have to refill it so often. A pressure-relief valve prevents oral fluids from being aspirated back into the bottle. Best of all, a unique design feature makes irrigating the maxillary teeth much easier. It prevents air from getting into the delivery system so every squeeze delivers irrigant into the pocket without having to squeeze harder and harder or tilt the bottle upside down.
